Any free-delivery qualification is displayed at checkout. Orders generally need 1-2 business days to process, then an estimated 3-5 business days to arrive.

How do returns and exchanges work?

Ask for authorization within 30 days after delivery before mailing a return or exchange. Non-defective items must be new and unused, including preference or wrong-choice requests; the package contains a free label and restocking fees are not charged.
